About Me

Leslie Isham grew up in Denver, Colorado a town that fostered her passion for sports.  She received a college scholarship to the University of San Francisco where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Sports Science. Leslie went on to become a Massage Therapist in November of 1999 and focus on Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.  With her background in athletics and studies of exercise physiology her skills naturally attracted athletes and a dream came true when in September 2014 Wes Welker of the Denver Broncos wandered into her office and became a regular client.  From that experience, Leslie had the fortune to be referred to DeMarcus Ware, also of the Denver Broncos, who she continued to work on the 2015/16 season.  In April 2015 Leslie and her family moved to the beautiful Cardiff by the Sea, CA where Leslie works from her home.  She now works with Jerry Attaochu of the San Diego Chargers and hopes to build a steady practice in Cardiff working with Athletes of all levels.  What makes Leslie unique in her practice is the attention to detail in her work which in turn creates measured improvements in her client's bodies.  Leslie has had a strong loyal following in Denver since 1999 and she looks forward to establishing a similar type of clientele here in San Diego.  Leslie's style of massage is to use focused deep tissue and trigger point therapy to help release tension and retrain muscle proprioception to allow longer lasting benefits.  This is not a spa type massage,
